Marini de Livera and Sisters at Law were recently honoured at the 2023 Women Entrepreneur Awards. The award is given by the WCIC (Women’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce). It recognises the achievements of entrepreneurial women with remarkable resilience and determination.
This year, the winner in the category National Woman of Courage was Marini De Livera. She received the award from the President of Sri Lanka Ranil Wikckramasinghe. The honour highlighted Marini De Livera’s outstanding contribution towards promoting women and child rights in Sri Lanka.
A second awards also went to Sisters at Law – our charity was recognised in the Start Up category.
