We are excited to announce the launch of our legal literacy series on YouTube. Marini De Livera, founder of Sisters at Law, constitutional expert and human rights lawyer, will explain important concepts and applications of the law. Using animated videos, we want to demystify the Sri Lankan constitution and other legal topics. We hope that this will help people to develop a clearer understanding of government practices and functions. We believe that legal education is key to active citizenship. It allows people to advocate for their own rights and those of their fellow citizens, ultimately strengthening human rights.
